Kitten Rescue was founded in the spring of 1997 and has grown to be one of the largest and most respected animal welfare groups in Los Angeles. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving new homes for homeless cats and kittens. Kitten Rescue volunteers place over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. Since we began, we have rescued and placed over 35,000 cats (and counting!) into loving homes.
